Natural in colour and non chill filtered, it delivers a deep and luxurious sherry driven profile with impressive richness, structure, and balance. In the glass, it shows a deep golden amber colour with a tawny centre. The nose opens with sweet notes of fudge, muscovado sugar, stewed fruits, and dark cherry, followed by layers of spice, toasted nuts, and old sherry
