This has a hanker for a belt up to 2 1 4" and retention strap is reinforced. This is new old stock with some light storage wear. Holster is Right draw for a Smith & Wesson 4" medium K frame revolver such as a model 10, 12, 15, 19 or similar. Very well made holster that will outlast its owner..
