The stone is corvetteite-fordite from e from the plant at Bowling Green KY where vette's were painted circa 1990 to 2010

We shaped the jaspelite in a domed teardrop

I textured the back of this piece and lightly antiqued the silver (intentionally darkened) to bring out the details in the texture
