Elderberry Syrup Kit Elderberry The base of each rollerThis kit makes approximately a quart of Elderberry syrup. It includes everything you need, except the water and the honey. You simply add the ingredients in the kit into a quart of water, simmer it for 30 minutes, then strain out the solids. After it cools, add some honey and refrigerate.
