But what I did do is , took the bark off purely because it was already loose, and then took it to my belt sander and had a bit of fun for a couple of hours. Then coated it in polyurethane varnish and added a cast ring . It measures approximately. at its highest 9 inches. At its widest approximately 5 inches .
