Barn Owl No. 25 dark Tasting Notes: RichBarn Owl is a series of one off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking. No. 25 is an Imperial Stout that underwent an extended 2 year secondary fermentation in new American oak foeders. The resulting beer is unique, heavily oaked, and liqueur like. Bottle conditioned.
