The fruit is yellow green, flushed and striped with orange red; the flesh is savoury, melting, and very juicy, acid at first, but sweetening as it ripens, becoming good to eat fresh. Keeps its shape when cooked, and is an excellent juicer. The tree is moderately vigorous, and a spur bearer.
