Pond Plant: Geum rivale - water avens Prices:10 plants It's related to wood avensWater avens is one of the more modest plants we sell. It has a delicate bell shaped pinkish flower and only grows to around 30cm. It's widespread in the UK outside of southern England. Geum rivale likes moist rather than wet conditions, but will grow happily in semi shade and flowers continuously throughout the summer, so works well as an understory plant. It's related to wood avens, but to my mind a more attractive plant. We're currently offering
