It's designed by R. R Hutcheson and patented in 1936. Made by Diecasters, Inc. of Ridgefield, NJ you can see the "DC" hallmark on the bottom of the dish. The inside has ridged concentric rings and the toucans are riveted into place. Both toucans are firmly in place with no wiggle to them. Both Toucans do have some minor wear. However the cork bottom is in pristine
