While this dress was eventually the inspiration behind the pieces that were recreated in a less expensive jersey for his Halston IV line, this is an original as seen on the runway. It is one of the pieces that would have inspired all of the other ones created in the diffusion lines. It was made under the creative direction of Roy Halston. In 2016 the twin of this dress entered modern day
