Stellenzicht Silcrete Cinsault Grape_Syrah malt and oakSilcrete is a lithological term for a strongly hardened rock composed mainly of inherited quartz grains. These rocky soils are ideal for growing Cinsault. Our fruit come from 30 year old dryland bush vines, yielding a fragrant wine with intense fruit aromas and lacy tannins. Aged in large and old wooden barrels to add complexity and balance.
