70s/80s Engineer Hat- XS 12/29 don't know much about thedef on the smaller side!! this one appears to be homemade and is in a great hickory stripe pattern. Durango and SIlverton Train Railroad patch on front. I would says is roughly a size 6 7 8 or smaller.
