Merlion at Dusk in Singapore Size:20"x30" I headed to Sloans Lake

I headed to Sloans Lake which is along the western border of Denver

Montana I was able to capture the sunset over the city

The last stop I made was at Willis Case Golf Course in northwest Denver

The forecast was for some active skies overnight with the Northern Lights and with the clear skies the past few days it was a must to go and check them out

This weekend the lights will once again shine as the Broncos face the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday afternoon

The Merlion is a mythical creature with the head of a lion and body of a fish which is a symbol of Singapore. As Singapore is near the equator the length of golden hour or dusk is quite short and limits the amount of photographing you can do with the nice evening light.
