1890s Military Jacket by Louis Lachman mugs The Sporting Life Publishing CoCustom made by Louis Lachman of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Lachman was a tailor and uniform maker working in the 1890s. The jacket buttons are the historical coat of arms for the State of Wisconsin. For its age, the jacket is in excellent condition with few holes or wear. Purchased from a closed museum in Wisconsin
