the family keeps a low inventory of barrels and sherry to provide us with

brett sauvage bouquet 2025 Drekker Nelson SauvinA blend of spontaneously fermented beers from 2022 and 2023, matured in oak barrels. Following maturation, the blend was macerated with sumacadding a lemony, tart qualityand sage, which contributes herbaceous and slightly resinous notes. Pineappleweed rounds out the profile with floral characteristics and hints of pineapple and chamomile.
