Sky Five impresses with a distinctive silhouette composition—five tall towers set on a two-storey podium that unifies the architecture into a cohesive, finished vision. The building façades are clean and glazed, with precise geometry and smooth terraced lines, allowing light and views to become part of the interior.
The five high-rise towers will house residential spaces created for people with a sense for perfection and a high standard of living. Designed with panoramic windows, the apartments will open views toward Lake Vaya, Burgas Bay, and the city skyline.
Beneath the residential buildings, a fully developed space will provide everything needed for a comfortable and dynamic lifestyle—numerous amenities and services that turn everyday living into a pleasure.
Layout
00 — Basement
In the basement levels of the complex, a spacious underground parking facility is planned, extending along the entire footprint of the building. Storage units, a technical/service zone, and bicycle storage areas are also предусмотрени.
01 — Level I (Ground Floor)
The ground floor is dedicated entirely to service functions and retail activities. This level contains the entrances to the five residential towers, as well as access to various public-use areas. Several separate parking zones are planned—both within the building and outdoors—with direct access from the site.
02 — Level II
The second level will also be entirely dedicated to service functions and retail space.
03 — Level III
The third level is transitional—its southern part contains a padel and squash hall, while the rest is the first residential level of the five towers. Each tower includes five one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. The homes feature terraces facing the open park terrace.
04–07 — Residential
From the 3rd to the 7th floor, the five towers follow identical layouts: five one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment per tower, with terraces around the perimeter.
08–24 — Residential
From the 8th to the 24th floor, the architectural structure is maintained, but with a slightly different configuration: each tower includes two one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments, offering more space and panoramic views toward Lake Vaya and Burgas Bay.
Heating is planned via air-conditioning systems, ensuring comfort in all rooms. Vertical circulation is provided by elevators and stairwells that receive natural light thanks to large glazed façade areas. All entrances and circulation spaces are designed in accordance with accessibility requirements, including for people with reduced mobility.
