Kydex inserts inside each cell provide stand alone retention, so magazines stay put during movement and release cleanly on a sharp upward pull. Bungee tab pulls ship installed as standard, adding a Level 2 retention layer. Remove the inserts to drop the pouch to Level 1 retention.
