During the early months of 1969 Janis Joplin and the Kozmic Blues Band performed a number of one off shows in the United States, including two nights at the Fillmore East on the 11th and 12th of February. Supported by the Grateful Dead, the second of these legendary gigs was recorded for live radio broadcast and
