The story behind the brand
A personal path through construction, design, investments, and partnerships, now organized around client service.
My name is Valentina Avramcheva, and I am pleased to present 18 years of work and development in the world of real estate and related investments.
From 2008 to 2014 I led a construction company. That was my first real contact with apartments, bricks, and building sites. The passion came from my former father-in-law, who began teaching me and helped me understand the value of building something real, lasting, and meaningful for future generations.
Changes followed in my personal life, and naturally in my professional path as well. This led to a broader real estate ecosystem: an interior design studio, travel, contacts, and both international and local investments for clients and personally.
I am proud that even though the path has been varied and not always easy, the people around me remain the same. My lawyer is also my brother; the furniture maker who cares about every detail feels like family; my accountant, partners, and trusted people have stayed beside me through good and difficult moments.
Today I have organized all of this in service of you: our current, past, and future friends and partners. I want to present what took time, effort, and knowledge to build into one complete brand: AVRAMCHEVA.COM.
